Conscientia Through Life Capability Management

Developed from the original MoD, “Through Life Capability Management”, the framework under which we provide services - CTLCM - Conscientia Through Life Capability Management - is a whole of life discipline that focuses on capability improvement across the whole organisation, and endures across project, programme, business and economic cycles.

Demand Management - To manage delivery, an organisation has to be able to balance demand for products and

services with its ability to supply them.

Otherwise it might produce too little of what is required, too much of what is not required, or deliver late, or have problems with product quality or customer satisfaction. Typically Consultancies have resources of highly paid specialists, producing highly complex products and services, with budgets of anywhere from 1 to 15 percent of (client) annual revenue. Often however they are poor at managing—if at all—basic supply and demand.
